This is part of the BWR Training Plan - we will cover 40-60 miles and 4K feet of climbing. We will be working on sustained climbs and descending skills.

Meet at 8am at the Lost Abbey Sanctuary in San Elijo Hills.
Remember to bring your bike, pump, helmet, gloves, shoes, eyewear, nutrition, and two bottles or a Camelbak filled with water.
