Welcome to Strength Training for Cyclists. Below are FOUR different training series that vary in intensity and equipment.
If you are new to strength training and have limited equipment, I suggest started with Bodyweight 1.0 Series and Core 1.0 Series. These workouts starts with the basics and gives you lots of modifications along the way to challenge you and options if you need more support.
The series are designed to get progressively more challenging. Moving from Bodyweight 1.0 to Dumbbell 1.0 and then to Strength Training 2.0.
Once you purchase the series, you will get access to a member page that has all the workouts videos as well as a sample training plan to get you started.
And I should mention, you will be meeting my family who helped demonstrate some of the exercises - like my husband in Bodyweight 1.8, and my daughters in Strength Training 2.0. You will also meet my cat, Cleo, throughout the videos. Enjoy!
THIRD IN THE SERIES - ST 2.0 includes challenging exercises and new equipment like TRX, Bosu, and Stability Ball, to enhance your power, strength, and body awareness. Includes 7 full-body workouts plus 4 core workouts. These efficient 30-minute sessions, along with 10-minute core routines, can be do anywhere. I've drawn on my extensive experience in cycling and sports medicine, along with multiple certifications, to craft this effective program.
SECOND IN THE SERIES - Designed to boost cyclists' strength and performance. With 7 total body workouts, including core-centric options, it's perfect for cyclists seeking stronger rides and improved off-bike strength. This program prioritizes time-efficient, home-friendly workouts that enhance stability, reduce lower back issues, and enhance body composition. Get ready to pedal stronger and feel great both on and off the bike.
FIRST IN THE SERIES - The foundation for cyclists and newcomers to strength training. With 8 workouts (lasting 20-30 minutes) using minimal equipment, it focuses on core engagement and mastering essential movements. Ideal for those seeking strength, stability, and reduced discomfort while cycling. Created by a seasoned expert with decades of racing experience and diverse fitness certifications, this series lays the groundwork for a stronger, more balanced body.
This core series features eight progressively challenging 10-minute core workouts. Enhance body awareness, shoulder stability, and balance with mini bands and tissue work. Perfect as a compliment to your strength training regimen or for those seeking a safe, effective core program.
