In person strength training sessions at the convenience of your home or office.
Who this is for?
Cyclists who want to get stronger on the bike and want to see muscles and feel strong in life.
Want to be safe and efficient with their training.
Want to push but not sure how hard. want to get on their own routine over time and take care of themselves.
Must live in North County San Diego and a space to workout in your home, garage, or community strength room (or if you gym allows personal trainers)
Have basic strength training tools like a mat, dumbbells. I can supply equipment as well for the session.
Many of my personal training clients’ goals include:
Lose weight (getting older and don’t want to keep gaining weight or lose the weight that has slowly been creeping up)
Been wanting to add strength training to their life and don’t want to get hurt.
Want to get stronger on the bike - they are training for an endurance event, mountain biker who wants to be strong on climbs.
Want to do their training in their home or work office. Training needs to be effective and efficient.

What you get
Hourly training sessions includes checking in, tissue work & mobility work, warmup, main set (sometimes finisher), and cool down.
Training sessions vary depending on person, their goals, where they are in their training calendar/progress.
The number of sessions per week and month is dependent on client’s goals and their ability to do training on their own.
Initial fitness assessment to track progress (example: body fat using calipers, circumference measurements, strength and endurance field tests)
Workouts to do on their own.
