Strength training is important for longevity and critical for performance.

I work closely with my clients on their goals and how to best support them. Strength training programs will vary depending if you are just starting a program, in pre-season, post season, or in racing season. Having a strong core is the ‘core’ focus in any program closely with other stabilizers and having good balance and agility. All strength workouts include a personalized video outlining the exercises and the workout. My rate is per workout although I don’t normally do only one workout. My services usually include 2-4 workouts at a time that can evolve over time and molds with your training schedule.
