WELCOME TO STRENGTH TRAINING 2.0 SERIES

This training program is designed for cyclists who have been doing some strength training and want to challenge their strength, power, stability, and core and balance. These workouts stem from key movements needed for cyclists and have evolved through the Bodyweight and Dumbbell 1.0 Series.

What is included

  1. Seven Strength Training Workouts that are approximately 30 minutes in length with the exception of Full Body Quickie which is a 15-minute workout as the name suggests.

  2. Four Core Workouts Videos that are 10-15 minutes in length and a great compliment to the strength workout, a bike ride, or stand alone workout.
