A 6-week weight loss program to help you lose “Just Five” pounds.


What you get -

  • Weekly group meetings every Monday, starting on October 2nd held from 4-5pm (held via zoom)

  • Each week we will work on one small habit to work on weekly.

  • There will be a different nutrition focus each week including:

    • How much protein should I eat?

    • Nutrition on the bike

    • Power of water

    • Fueling BEFORE your ride

  • Pre and post weigh ins
